Project Overview
Twin Lakes Baseball Complex is a heavily used sports facility serving youth leagues, tournaments, and community events throughout the year. High foot traffic, Florida weather, and constant outdoor exposure make routine exterior cleaning essential for safety and appearance.
Southwest Sharks was contracted to clean the main building, roof, and common areas throughout the complex, ensuring the facility remained clean, functional, and welcoming for players, families, and staff.
The Challenge
Sports complexes face unique maintenance challenges. Dirt, mildew, and organic growth accumulate quickly on walkways, buildings, and high-use areas such as bathrooms and dugouts. These conditions can create safety hazards and detract from the overall experience for visitors.
The facility required a cleaning provider that could:
- Handle large outdoor common areas efficiently
- Maintain safe, slip-resistant walkways
- Clean restrooms and dugouts used daily
- Work around scheduled games and events
Our Solution
Southwest Sharks implemented a comprehensive cleaning plan designed specifically for athletic facilities. Our team used professional pressure washing and soft wash techniques to clean a wide range of surfaces while protecting building materials and surrounding landscaping.
