Large-format retail properties like Walmart require consistent exterior maintenance to meet safety standards, protect infrastructure, and present a clean, professional environment for customers and staff. High foot traffic, vehicle traffic, and service operations create constant exterior wear across the property.
Southwest Sharks was contracted to perform a comprehensive exterior grounds cleaning, covering both customer-facing and service-related areas throughout the site.
The Challenge
